These Terms govern your use of CoS Signal Lab (the “Lab”), a product of Adnova Group LLC(“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Lab.

About the Lab

The Lab is a scenario-based self-assessment for Chiefs of Staff and senior operators. It presents realistic situations, reads the judgment behind your choices, and returns a personal report. It’s intended for professional development and reflection.

Eligibility and Use of the Lab

You must be at least 18 to use the Lab. You agree to use it for its intended purpose and not to: break the law, attempt to access data or systems you’re not authorized to, scrape or use automated tools against the Lab, probe or try to extract the scoring keys or scenario answer data, disrupt or overload the service, or impersonate anyone. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the Lab.

Intellectual Property

The Lab’s scenarios, scoring logic, report content, text, design, and branding are the property of Adnova Group LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your own report for your personal, non-commercial development. You keep ownership of the responses you enter, and you grant us the license needed to process them so we can deliver the Lab to you.

No Professional Advice

The Lab is for informational and developmental purposes. It doesn’t provide professional, legal, career, psychological, or employment advice, and it isn’t a clinical or hiring assessment. Your report is a reflective tool, not a definitive judgment of your ability or a prediction of any outcome. Use your own judgment before acting on it.

AI-Assisted Content

Parts of your report and coaching feedback are generated with AI. AI can make mistakes and may produce content that’s incomplete or inaccurate. We review the design of the system carefully, and you should still read your report critically rather than treating it as authoritative.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LAB IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don’t warrant that the Lab will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adnova Group LLCwon’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Lab. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Lab is limited to 100 US dollars.

Privacy

Your use of the Lab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes to the Lab and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Lab, and we may update these Terms. When we update them, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Lab after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
